Eagle Labor Contracting, Inc. is a full-service agricultural contracting business, founded in 2018 by Jose Torres (CEO) and Ylianna Torres (CFO), family owned and operated.
Proudly serving Kern county, Tulare County, Ventura County, San Luis Obispo County, and Santa Barbara County.
With over 40+ years of experience in the agricultural industry, Jose brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the company. He started his journey with agriculture in 1979 and worked his way up the ranks from crew boss to supervisor to now being the CEO of Eagle Labor Contracting, Inc.
